• 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 6 brioche slider buns
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 package Revol Greens® Living Butter Leaf


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper, just until combined, being careful to not over mix.


  2. Divide mixture into 6 pieces and shape each piece into a patty shape, about 3 inches in diameter. Make an indent in the middle with fingers to help prevent meat from puffing up in the center and place on a plate or small tray. Transfer plate to freezer for 5 minutes to help firm up the patties.


  3. Heat grill over medium high heat and grill sliders for about 3-4 minutes per side, until burgers reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Top burgers with ½ slice cheese immediately and let rest for about 5 minutes.


  4. Place burger on bottom slider bun or lettuce leaf and top with sliced avocado and a lettuce leaf or two and top bun or another lettuce leaf.
