these Everything Bagel Breakfast Egg Wraps are easy to make and perfect for busy mornings


  • 2 large eggs
  • Kosher salt and coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter
  • 1 (12-inch) flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons scallion cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Revol Greens® Organic Sweet Butter Blend
  • ¼ cup sliced cucumber
  • ¼ cup sliced tomato
  • ½ small avocado, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning


  1. Whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over moderate heat.
  3. Once hot, drizzle in the oil and add the eggs.
  4. Cook in a single layer, until almost set.
  5. Place the tortilla on top and then flip everything over so the egg is on top.
  6. Once cooked through, remove from heat.
  7. Transfer wrap to a cutting board and spread with softened cream cheese.
  8. Top with Revol Greens® Sweet Butter Blend.
  9. Then add your cucumber, tomato, avocado, red onion, salmon, capers and everything bagel seasoning.
  10. Roll into a tight wrap and then slice and serve.
  11. Enjoy!
