  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup water
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 slices dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced
  • ½ heirloom green tomato, sliced
  • 1 head Revol Greens® Organic Romaine Twins


  1. Add avocado, parsley, cilantro, water, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, and garlic powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if it’s too thick.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread a layer of green goddess sauce onto each piece of toast.
  4. Add mozzarella to one side of the sandwich.
  5. Place cucumber slices on top of the mozzarella.
  6. Top cucumber slices with tomato slices.
  7. Layer lots of fresh, crunchy Revol Greens® lettuce on top.
  8. Close sandwiches with the other slice of bread and serve.
  9. Any leftover green goddess sauce can be used as a dip, in a wrap, in a buddha bowl, or as a taco or burrito topper.
