Subtly sweet and refreshingly tangy, this salad packs a rich flavor


  • 1 serving brown rice and/or quinoa (use your favorite type or a microwavable pouch for a shortcut)
  • 1 cooked salmon filet
  • 7 oz. package Revol Greens Sesame Ginger Fusion Salad Kit


  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Place rice into bowl and top with flaked salmon. 
  2. Add greens to the bowls and drizzle everything with tangy ginger carrot vinaigrette.   
  3. Top with wonton strips and sliced almonds and serve immediately.
