These skewers are fresh, crunchy, and delicious PLUs you can make them ahead of time!


  • Revol Greens® Organic Romaine Twins
  • 1 can hearts of palm, sliced into chunks
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Cheese chunks (I’m using dairy-free)
  • English cucumber slices
  • Green olives
  • Other fun things to add: bell peppers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, pepperoncini, roasted red peppers, and kalamata olives!


  1. Assemble skewers by adding all ingredients to a wooden skewer
  2. Serve the skewers with ranch and mustard!
