DELIGHT, spook and wow your friends with this vibrant bright green ‘monster mash’ hummus!
- 1 heaping handful Revol Greens® Organic Romaine Crunch
- 1 15-ounce can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled)
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, or more to taste
- A dash of black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Simply add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until silky smooth.
- Add to a serving bowl and top with fresh dill and my spooky olive spiders!
- To make olive spiders, simply halve a pitted black olive and place the halves on the hummus (this is the body). For the legs, simply halve another olive and cut very thin strips lengthways. Add the legs to the body.
