Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 1/2 boxes Revol Greens® Romaine Crunch, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 can hearts of palm, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup pepperoncini’s
  • ½ cup black olives, halved

Dressing

  •  ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon each: salt, basil, garlic powder, oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Croutons

  • 1 loaf of sourdough bread (or any other uncut loaf)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon pink salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Chop the lettuce and veggies and put into a large bowl.
  3. Chop bread into cubes. Toss it with the olive oil and seasonings. Lay it out on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes tossing halfway.
  4. Whisk up dressing. 
  5. Toss salad ingredients with dressing and top with croutons.
